1. The service
Wasteland Revenant is an online game service operated by Roy Hansson. An internet connection and a permanent account are required to play. The Game client displays and sends gameplay actions; your canonical character progress is stored by the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
2. Your account
- Provide accurate sign-in information and protect access to your email, Google Play Games, or Game Center account.
- Do not sell, share, or transfer your Wasteland Revenant account.
- Only one active gameplay session is permitted per account. Deliberately logging in on another device replaces the previous active session.
- Contact support promptly if you believe someone else accessed your account.
3. Fair play and community conduct
You may not:
- cheat, automate input, manipulate time, exploit bugs, duplicate items, tamper with the client or network traffic, or use unauthorized software to gain an advantage;
- attempt to access another player's account or interfere with the service;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, defraud, or abuse other players;
- post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise seriously harmful content;
- evade a suspension or ban by creating or using another account.
If you discover an exploit, stop using it and report it to support.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse and remove content, reverse illegitimate progress or transactions, restrict features, suspend an account, or permanently ban an account when reasonably necessary to protect players, fair play, or the service. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate action.
You may contact support if you believe an enforcement decision is a mistake. Security and enforcement decisions are not made solely by an automated system.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their store terms. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-transferable and tied to the account that receives them. Store refunds, reversals, or chargebacks may remove the related entitlement or currency.
6. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the Game available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, failures, balancing, security responses, or future development may change or temporarily disable features. We may update these terms when the service changes and will publish the effective date.
7. Ending your use
You may stop using the Game or request account deletion through the Game and the published deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. The Privacy Policy explains deletion, retention, and your data-protection rights.
8. General terms
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
